We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our architectural projects in Acre. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients to ensure the successful completion of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of architectural design principles, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Oversee the design process from concept development to final construction drawings
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conduct quality control checks on all architectural drawings before final submission
- Foster a collaborative work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to team members and clients
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Salary:
