Office Assistant - Contract Position in Los Angeles, USA (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in an English-speaking environment and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- File and organize documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
