Industrial Architect - Roskilde, Denmark


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the layout of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of businesses in Roskilde.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits to assess the potential of a location for industrial development
- Creating detailed drawings and plans for new construction or renovation projects
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Collaborating with engineers to design structural elements such as foundations, beams, and columns
- Coordinating with contractors to oversee construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific needs and incorporating their feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in Denmark
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices
- Experience using BIM software
