Rental Company Manager

As a Rental Company Manager for our company in Pula, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental business. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and experience in the rental industry.

Your main duties will include managing a team of rental staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining and updating rental equipment, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the rental industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team. A strong understanding of customer service principles is essential, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with both customers and team members.

This position is suitable for men who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
