Commercial Architect

A leading architecture firm in Utena is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial design, with experience in creating innovative and functional spaces for businesses of all sizes. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop design goals and objectives for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Oversee the development of project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in commercial design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. We offer competitive salary of 1100$, as well as opportunities for career growth within our dynamic organization.
