Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your duties may include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, carpentry work, and other general building maintenance tasks. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is an ideal job for someone looking to gain experience in the maintenance field. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month without accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided. This job is located in Gujrat, India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.
- Repair or replace damaged appliances, fixtures, and furniture.
- Paint walls, touch up paint on surfaces, and perform minor carpentry work.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners.
- Ensure that all safety standards are met while carrying out repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.

Working Conditions:
This job involves working indoors as well as outdoors in different weather conditions. You may also be required to climb ladders or use tools such as hammers or drills. Protective gear will be provided when necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month without accommodation.
