Concrete Worker for Urgent Full-Time Position in Sheduva, Visa Sponsorship Available

Our growing construction company in Sheduva is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete pouring, finishing, and repair. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Pour and finish concrete according to project specifications
- Use various tools and equipment such as trowels, floats, and power tools
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete surfaces
- Ensure proper curing of concrete by using water and/or chemical additives
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of different types of concrete, their properties, and best practices for handling them
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one for non-Lithuanian nationals
