A dynamic construction company in Sheduva is seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete projects. This role is perfect for someone who is physically fit and enjoys working with their hands.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of concrete materials such as sand, gravel, and cement
- Help pour and spread concrete using tools such as shovels and rakes
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels or screeds
- Operate power tools to cut or shape concrete according to project specifications
- Install rebar or mesh reinforcement to prevent cracks in the concrete
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Previous experience in construction or similar field preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Good communication skills in English
