We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vianden. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operations. This is a contract position, perfect for students or those looking for their first job in administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Coordinating schedules and appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Filing, organizing, and managing documents and records
- Assisting with data entry and report generation
- Providing general administrative support to different departments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, further education in administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
