Restaurant Manager - Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ashdod, Israel. As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing staff and schedules, and maintaining financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability
- Train and manage staff, including hiring and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve any conflicts that may arise
- Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and sales reports
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and secure quality ingredients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates or improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience in budget management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
