Barista - Indian Nationals (Contract Role)
City: Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking experienced Baristas from India to join our team in Lusail on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and be able to create latte art. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking for contract work. English language skills are not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the brewing process and maintaining equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Uphold company standards for product quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with prior experience as a Barista
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Ability to create latte art is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high volume orders efficiently
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
- Must have valid visa and ticket provided by employer

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract role.
