Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Al-Kuwait. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Your role will involve managing project schedules and budgets, negotiating contracts and change orders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You must have prior experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams of workers. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. While experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from students or individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with free visa and ticket for foreigners. Accommodation will not be provided. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with our diverse team.
