Information Security Analyst

Our growing company is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's computer systems and networks from potential cyber threats. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the security of our data and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of information security best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network activity and proactively identify potential security breaches
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and industry trends in information security
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA or GDPR
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
