IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Washington. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in simple terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Monitor system performance and maintain security protocols
- Train users on new software or equipment as needed
- Document all support activities and resolutions in our system
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networking, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior customer service experience is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
