Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals and targets, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Build strong relationships with key clients and identify potential new clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products/services
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the sales department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the B2B sector (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills is a plus)

Salary: $900 per month (base salary) + commission + benefits
