Job Title: Part-Time Sales Manager (Oslo, Norway)


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to achieve targets. This role is suitable for all genders and does not come with accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this part-time position.
