Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar


We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a contract position that requires at least 2 years of experience as an office assistant. As an Indian national, you must have a biometric passport to be eligible for this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing and organizing files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience with office equipment and be able to maintain confidentiality.
