We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods and materials from trucks, ensuring they are properly secured and distributed to their designated locations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods and materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Secure loads using straps, chains or other equipment
- Distribute goods to designated locations within the warehouse or construction site
- Inspect goods for damages or defects before loading
- Maintain accurate inventory records of loaded goods
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other equipment to move heavy loads
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loader in a warehouse or construction setting preferred
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
