Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Lahore, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for the upcoming season in Lahore, Pakistan. As a seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the season, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to all customers.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and work towards finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers during the busy season.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and cater to customer preferences.
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profits without compromising on quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a valid work visa for Pakistan.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this seasonal position. Visa sponsorship will also be provided for non-Pakistani candidates.
