Restaurant Manager


A well-established restaurant in Lahore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a restaurant and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus and manage food costs
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to keep them informed about company updates and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Lahore
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
