Part-Time Concierge in Lisbon


A luxury hotel in Lisbon is seeking a part-time concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with various requests during their stay. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, attractions, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Arrange special requests such as event tickets or transportation services
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep the concierge desk organized and stocked with necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon. Candidates must have their own accommodation in the city.
