As a Concierge in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our hotel. Your main duty will be to assist guests with their needs and ensure they have a comfortable stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some customer service experience is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with their needs.
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits.
