Senior Architect in Greenland


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Greenland. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee the construction process and ensure quality control
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on projects in remote locations is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Location:
