Job Title: Senior Architect - Greenland

As a Senior Architect in our firm located in Greenland, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that the project meets all design specifications, budgetary constraints, and timeline goals. Your extensive experience and technical knowledge will be utilized as you provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and participate in design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for complex architectural projects
- Develop detailed construction plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to address any design issues or changes
- Mentor junior architects by providing guidance on technical aspects of projects
- Participate in design reviews with clients and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working as an architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Biometric passport for international travel (if not a Greenlandic citizen)
