We are in search of a skilled and passionate Egyptian Pastry Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and baked goods using traditional Egyptian recipes and techniques. Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of ingredients will be essential in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods following traditional Egyptian recipes
- Decorate pastries with creative designs using piping techniques and various tools
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality
- Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality before use
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and create new pastry items
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Egyptian Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Egyptian pastry recipes, techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to create visually appealing designs using piping techniques
- Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for consistent quality control
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi, an oasis city known for its rich history, culture, and delicious food. We welcome both locals and foreigners to apply for this position.

Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is not required for this role as long as the candidate is fluent in Arabic.
