Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and assembling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and quality in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret project plans and specifications to determine the required formwork design
- Measure and cut materials to the appropriate size and shape using hand and power tools
- Assemble formwork components according to instructions, ensuring stability and strength
- Install reinforcements as needed
- Pour concrete into formwork, leveling and smoothing as necessary
- Remove formwork after concrete has cured, ensuring minimal damage to the structure
- Inspect completed structures for accuracy and quality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting project plans and specifications
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measuring and cutting of materials
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
