Hotel Sales Manager - Ashdod, Israel


Our luxury hotel in Ashdod, Israel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to attract and retain business from corporate clients, travel agents, and other sources. You will also establish relationships with key clients and oversee the management of accounts to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Build relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication
- Collaborate with other departments to create packages and promotions to increase sales
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance for management review
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure they are meeting targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage
