Skilled Handyman

A reputable property management company in Sofia is seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a strong background in maintenance and repair work. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed
- Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards and within budget
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Sofia or willing to relocate
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a related field
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
