Handyman - Maintenance Technician

As a Handyman - Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. You will use your skills and experience to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, as well as scheduling and overseeing outside vendors for larger projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in building maintenance or a related field. You must have the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, as well as communicate effectively with other team members.
