We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Shan, a bustling city in the heart of Africa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information. You will also analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Extensive knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, and structures
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports for clients
- Communicate with clients to understand project needs and requirements
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure accurate results
- Keep accurate records of all survey data collected
- Adhere to all safety procedures while conducting surveys
