Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in developing designs and plans for architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Oversee the development of architectural drawings, models, and other visual representations
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
