We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Gujrat, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar panel installation and possess strong technical skills. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels, ensuring that they are properly connected and functioning efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial buildings
- Ensure proper placement and connection of panels
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot issues with panels or connections
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights
- Keep accurate records of installations and maintenance performed
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the system's performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or similar field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or licenses preferred

Salary:
