Facade Technician
Location: Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Karachi. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with facades and should be able to work independently without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess the condition of facades on buildings.
- Identify any damage or issues and prepare reports for repair or replacement.
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of facades.
- Work with different materials such as glass, aluminum, and steel.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with facades.
- Knowledge of facade systems, installation techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and scaffolding.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
