Facade Engineer


We are in search of a skilled Facade Engineer to join our growing team in Karachi. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, inspecting, and maintaining the external building facades of our projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that our building facades are structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and detailing external building facades for new construction projects
- Conducting structural analysis and calculations to ensure stability and safety of facades
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop facade solutions that meet project requirements
- Inspecting existing facades for any damages or defects and providing recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Managing budgets and timelines for facade projects
- Conducting site visits to monitor the progress of facade installations and ensuring compliance with design plans
- Staying updated with industry standards and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in designing building facades
- Proficiency in CAD software for facade design and analysis
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction materials related to facades
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi but candidates from other cities will also be considered.
