Facade Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining building facades to ensure they meet safety, aesthetic, and energy efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan building facades according to client specifications and project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the facade design is structurally sound and meets all safety regulations
- Source materials and oversee the installation of the facade components
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Develop energy-efficient solutions for building facades
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in facade technology, and best practices
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Train junior team members on facade installation techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Facade Specialist in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of facade design principles, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Candidates must be willing to work part-time.
