Bank Teller - Medina, Egypt
We are hiring for a Bank Teller position in our branch located in Medina, Egypt. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately processing financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information on bank products and services
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Verify customer identification and signatures on official documents
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Promote bank products and services to customers to meet sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current banking regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar role desired
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible scheduling including weekends
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
