Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at our establishment in Dickirch, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly. You will be expected to manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Hiring, training, and managing a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Monitoring food quality and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position. You should also have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Preference will be given to candidates who are Filipino nationals or have previous experience working with Filipino cuisine.
