Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring all safety standards are met. You must have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Prepare project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans
- Procure necessary permits and approvals
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on track
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Communicate updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and management
- Ensure project is completed within budget while maintaining high quality standards
- Prepare final project reports including cost analysis and project summary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport for international travel may be required
