Construction Project Manager
A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress of the project and ensure it stays on track
- Review and approve plans, bids, contracts, and change orders
- Manage resources and allocate tasks to team members
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate updates to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lom (visa sponsorship available)
