Position: Commercial Architect
Salary: $1400/month

We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial projects based on client requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction
