Indian Restaurant Manager in Mombasa
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and the highest quality of food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, and budget management
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and consistent adherence to company standards
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, complying with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
Salary: 1400$
Location: Mombasa (candidates who are currently located in Mombasa will be given preference)
