Gardening and Landscaping Specialist

A reputable gardening and landscaping company in Eschen is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardening and Landscaping Specialist to join our team. As a Gardening and Landscaping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the gardens and landscapes of our clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, creativity, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, mulching, and lawn maintenance
- Design and implement new landscapes for clients based on their preferences and budget
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Ensure that gardens are free from pests and diseases by regularly monitoring plants
- Provide regular maintenance of irrigation systems
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Prior experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Creativity in designing landscapes

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
