Part-time Commercial Architect in Lahore

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed blueprints and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to the design specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
