Tutor for Math and Science (Oslo)


We are hiring a part-time Tutor for Math and Science to join our team in Oslo. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students in Math and Science subjects. Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in Math and Science subjects
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and learning styles
- Review and explain homework assignments, class materials, and exam preparations
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Use various teaching methods to ensure understanding of concepts and improve study skills
- Communicate with teachers, parents, or guardians regarding student's progress as needed
- Maintain a positive learning environment for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Education, or related field
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching Math and Science subjects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Math and Science curriculum at the primary or secondary level
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and passion for helping students reach their academic goals
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid biometric passport

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The Tutor will work an average of 15 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on the availability of both the Tutor and the students.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Oslo, Norway. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
