Hotel Sales Manager
Our luxury hotel in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hotel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Build relationships with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor market trends and competition in the hotel industry
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
