Personal Trainer


A private fitness center in Dar Kulaib is seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. This position requires someone who is passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in exercise science, nutrition, and personal training techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Instruct clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercise sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Provide nutrition counseling and guidance to clients
- Educate clients on the importance of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle habits
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space for clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and techniques in the fitness industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Certified Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (e.g. ACSM, ACE, NASM)
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends as needed
