Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Wiltz. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood, such as furniture, cabinets, and building frameworks. You will work with a variety of tools and materials to complete projects according to specifications and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or other measuring tools
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, drills, or sanders
- Join materials together using nails, screws, adhesives, or other fasteners
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, or stairs
- Repair or replace damaged parts of structures using hand tools or power tools
- Finish surfaces of wood products by sanding and staining to enhance appearance
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including framing, finishing, and cabinetry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Valid biometric passport (if not already residing in Wiltz)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time employment in the future. Accommodation can be provided if necessary.
