Skilled Carpenter



We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter for our construction company located in Wiltz. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. You will work with a variety of tools including power saws, hand tools, and measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality in your work. The ideal candidate should have excellent carpentry skills and the ability to read blueprints and follow building plans. This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood or other materials
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions using power saws or hand tools
- Read blueprints or building plans to determine the layout and specifications of structures
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter preferred but not required
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including installation of structures and fixtures
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Good understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations
- Own visa preferred but not required for this contract job
