Collector for Debt Collection Company in Zagreb, Croatia

Our debt collection company in Zagreb, Croatia is seeking a Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses with outstanding debts and collecting payments. This position requires an individual who is fluent in English, has experience in debt collection, and is familiar with biometric passports.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone calls, letters, and emails to collect payments
- Negotiating payment plans with debtors
- Tracking and updating debtor information and payment status
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications with debtors
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve any issues or disputes with debtors
- Providing excellent customer service to debtors while also ensuring timely payments are made

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Experience in debt collection or a similar role
- Knowledge of biometric passports and their use for identification purposes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
