A fast-growing digital agency in Ufa is seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating beautiful and functional websites.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase design concepts to clients
- Incorporating best practices in web design, including accessibility and user experience
- Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new techniques into designs
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality designs that meet their requirements
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or related field
- Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa but we are open to remote work options for the right candidate.
